Our vineyards are on the altitude of 500 mt in the best production’s area.
Due to the exposition that allows us a great sun keeping and a good range of temperature, we can have a greater maturation process without any risk of heatstrocke or drougth
This allows us to produce very complex and elegant wines, for long ageing.

We choose to work with a very restricted production, on average 1 kg per plant; the grapes are produced from a vineyard that is 35 years old. In coherence with this philosophy, in a new vineyard 18000 plants were planted on a 3 hectare surface, and our final goal is to reach the production of 6 Tonnes per hectare.
